Narelle Duncan
Director and Principal Consultant
Narelle started her career in the VET sector in 1998 for the Queensland Government before establishing her consultancy business, Anntek, in 2007. Narelle has shared her time between auditing for regulatory bodies and providing consultancy services to RTOs across the country. Narelle’s philosophy about compliance that aims to educate providers that compliance is a bi-product of strategy, systems and operations. Your RTO should not be built to meet the VET Quality Framework. It should be built to meet your business operations and address the VET Quality Framework. There is a difference.
Aaron Wilson
Operations Manager
Aaron started his career in the VET sector in 2015 working with VET Student Loans (formally VET Fee Help) before moving into contract compliance focusing on User Choice, Certificate 3 Guarantee and Construction Skills Queensland contracts.
Aaron has assisted various RTOs with quality improvement processes , including the transition from paper-based systems to digital solutions, migration of Student Management Systems and implementation of more technologically current Learner Management Systems, utilising workflows and automation to increase efficiency of day to day tasks.
